The staff was super nice.

Upon arrival, I faced a delay because my first assigned room was not cleaned. The second room was cleaned, but I woke up to a wet floor, making my stay uncomfortable. When I asked for a manager, I was told I had to wait until Monday, which was incredibly frustrating.

Checked in and received outstanding service from the front desk. Spacious room with a perfectly comfortable bed. Breakfast selection exceeded expectations, hot and fresh. Take advantage of discounts offered upon check-in! Highly recommend extending your stay if possible!

The check-in process felt smooth and easy. I received a key and headed straight to my room. The room had a clean appearance, but the firmness of the bed was a bit too harsh for my liking. I could feel the springs as I sat down. I did appreciate that the shower had good water pressure. While it was raining one night, I found a leak that caused some wet carpet in the bathroom area, which made it uncomfortable to walk around. Housekeeping could have done a better job checking the details before my arrival, as the floor should have been dried thoroughly. The breakfast options were decent, with some hotspots like the cinnamon rolls being a highlight. However, I noticed the breakfast room could use a better layout since it felt cramped during busy hours. Staff interactions were friendly, and they provided assistance when I needed extra toiletries. Overall, a good base for my travels, just a few matters to fine-tune for the next stay.

The indoor pool was refreshing and the hot tub offered a nice chill. The clean room was a big bonus, felt super fresh. I really appreciated the Keurig coffee in the room. it was a game changer for my mornings. it was perfect for a quiet getaway!

Spacious room, clean room with dove soaps and shampoo, and a convenient location near George Bush Intercontinental Airport made our stay enjoyable, especially with the hot breakfast selection including omelets and biscuits and gravy.

I had a surprisingly good stay with spacious rooms including a fridge and microwave. the Manager's Special was a tasty bonus! However, the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming. I’d stay here again without hesitation!
